Abstract

This article discusses the education and training program for cooperative supervisors of Kelurahan Merah Putih Cooperative (KKMP) in Bandung City, a collaboration between the Bandung City Government through the Cooperatives and SMEs Office and IKOPIN University. The background of this activity is the strategic role of cooperative supervision in maintaining business health, accountability, and sustainability amid the increasing number of cooperatives in Bandung City. The training aims to equip supervisors with knowledge, skills, and new insights in carrying out professional supervisory functions, identifying potential risks, preparing quality supervisory reports, and providing constructive recommendations for cooperative management. The method used is interactive and participatory learning, including case study analysis and practical simulations of financial report analysis. The training materials focus on understanding the five components of cooperative financial statements and Supervisor Statement.
